Qualifications

• BS in Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• Ten years of experience managing fiber optic or photonic projects, including DoD applications.
• Strong understanding of photonics and fiber design for DoD systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform R&D tasks in fiber-optic applications, including analysis and prototype testing.
• Communicate results through reports and presentations; assist with proposals.
• Lead small/moderate fiber-optic projects and engage with government customers.
