Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and ten years of project management experience.
• Experience leading DoD-related sensor or optical systems programs.
• Understanding of optical design, tolerancing, and validation methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Advanced Optical Systems Department, including staffing and development.
• Direct high-impact research projects and serve as PI and program manager.
• Lead prototype electro-optical system development for defense and intelligence applications.
• Develop proposals and strategic initiatives in alignment with ARL goals.
• Foster relationships with manufacturers, integrators, and sponsors.
