Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Lead Technician - Fiber Optic Engineering to drive on-site fiber deployment, splicing, testing, and maintenance across critical projects. You will serve as the second-in-command to the Site Supervisor, guiding field teams and ensuring safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Supervisor with planning, coordination, and execution of fiber optic projects.
• Provide hands-on leadership during installation, splicing, testing, and commissioning on active sites.
• Monitor daily project deliverables and milestones; identify risks and constraints.
• Assist with material coordination, inventory tracking, and procurement support.
• Provide on-site leadership coverage in the absence of the Site Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with ITU, FOA, BICSI standards and client requirements.
