EOS IT Solutions is seeking an Optical Service Technician to install, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic and copper networks in production and mission-critical environments. You will lead field activities, validate installations to QA standards, and help migrate networks with engineering teams.

The role requires advanced fiber expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating across project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of documented experience in the network infrastructure industry.

Responsabilités

• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic cabling systems.
• Perform OTDR and OLTS testing and analysis.
• Execute installation services according to project specifications and standards.
• Ensure all activities meet QA and QC standards.
• Support network migration projects in production environments.
• Work in live production and mission-critical environments.
• Develop run books and migration procedures with engineering teams.
• Document testing results and project deliverables accurately.
• Coordinate field activities with technicians and project managers.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings as required.
