Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Telecommunications construction Superintendent.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation using boring and plow equipment.
• Ability to directly supervise craft employees and sub-contractors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents and current practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day field operations and monitor performance.
• Lead the development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs.
• Estimate activity durations and materials for complex projects.
• Track financial aspects of the project and maintain reporting.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff.
