Qualifications

• Knowledge of underground fiber installation using boring and plow equipment.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to supervise craft employees and sub-contractors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents and practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet approved plans and specifications.
• Oversee development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs.
• Review and update construction schedules and address delays.
• Estimate activity durations and materials for complex projects.
• Participate in subcontractor and supplier selection.
