Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking experienced Senior Superintendents for large-scale long-haul fiber installation projects in South Dakota. Responsible for overseeing field operations, developing project plans, and providing expert solutions, you'll play a critical role in maintaining quality and safety standards. Candidates should have over 8 years of supervisory experience and knowledge in fiber installation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Telecommunications construction Superintendent.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation using boring and plow equipment.
• Ability to directly supervise craft employees and sub-contractors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents and current practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet approved plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Develop Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs.
• Review and update construction schedules.
• Estimate activity durations and materials for complex projects.
• Participate in subcontractor selection and negotiations.
• Lead and mentor project staff and Superintendents.
