Job summary

Intrepid Fiber is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead fiber-to-the-home deployment efforts across multiple locations. You will oversee estimating, design, engineering, and construction, ensuring cost and schedule targets are met while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project delivery, governance, and proactive risk management, with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, certifications, or relevant experience.
• 5+ years in telecom engineering/construction or equivalent project management.
• Experience managing large, complex fiber deployment projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive plans for large, complex fiber deployment projects.
• Deliver on-schedule, on-budget performance with clear governance and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end deployment incl. network architecture, construction, and hand-over.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed by all stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve scope.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Explore opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
