Job summary

Intrepid Fiber in Colorado seeks an experienced project manager to lead the deployment of new fiber networks across multiple locations, overseeing estimating, design, engineering, and construction, including costs and schedules.

You will define comprehensive plans, manage end-to-end deployment, ensure safety, and coordinate with vendors. Requires 5 years telecom engineering/construction experience, bachelor's degree, and valid driver’s license. Spanish desirable.

Qualifications

• 5 years of telecom engineering and construction experience in ISP/OSP.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training is acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Spanish language skills desirable but not required.
• Proficiency with Internet software, MS Office, GIS, Sitetracker, and project/financial software like Netsuite.

Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive plans for large, complex telecom projects: phased delivery, resources, costs, schedule, risk, budgets.
• Deliver projects on time and on budget; establish reporting and accountability structures.
• Lead end-to-end solution deployment: network architecture, processes, construction, installation and handover.
