Tria Federal is seeking a Senior FHIR Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain FHIR-based APIs powering CMS FHIR initiatives. You will work on DEQM Summary MeasureReport, implement profile validation, and ensure secure, production-grade code within CMS IGs and conformance standards.

The role requires a strong backend engineer with hands-on FHIR R4 implementation experience, familiarity with HAPI FHIR, SMART on FHIR, OAuth 2.0, and production-grade testing and documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 8+ years of backend software engineering, including production REST APIs.
• 3+ years implementing HL7 FHIR (R4) resources, profiles, and RESTful FHIR APIs.
• Experience building/extending a FHIR server or FHIR client integrations in production.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend services implementing the QPP FHIR API.
• Ensure conformance to DEQM Summary MeasureReport profile.
• Implement FHIR resource validation and profile conformance checks in CI/CD.
