Job summary

Splice is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large FF&E and design projects, defining budgets and scope while coordinating with architects, designers, clients and vendors. The role acts as SME for Client Workplace Guidelines and oversees timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities include team leadership, client liaison, budget control, and ensuring quality through standard processes. This position supports a hybrid work arrangement with Seattle-area presence as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years Project Management experience in design field.
• Solid Understanding of PMP.
• Experience leading a project team.
• Strong ability to communicate scope and risks to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects (250,000+ sq ft or complex) from planning to close.
• Define budget, scope, and reporting; ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with architect/designer, clients, vendors, and construction management.
