Job summary

Splice is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting furniture and professional services for office installations. You will ensure orders are placed, budgets tracked, and deadlines met, with clear communication across design, accounting, and logistics teams.

The role requires collaboration with architects, vendors, and customers, and involves hands-on use of our ordering software and project tools to keep work progressing smoothly in a hybrid in-office/remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or AA, or at least one year of related experience or training.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tooling.
• Experience supporting furniture or professional services projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with a cross-functional team to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain budgets and update project financials for each order.
• Communicate updates to all stakeholders and manage deadlines.
• Assist planners with pricing, lead times and scope verification.
• Track vendor communications and keep project documentation organized.
