Job summary

Splice is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex FF&E and design projects across the Seattle area and remote environments. You will define budgets, manage client expectations, and coordinate with architects, vendors, and installation teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires 7–10 years in design project management, strong PMP knowledge, and proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Furniture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architectural Studies, or relevant degree.
• 7-10 years Project Management experience in design field.
• Solid Understanding of PMP.
• Demonstrated ability and knowledge in design specification development.
• Solid and direct experience in leading project communication of scope and risks to internal and external partners including client.
• Experience leading a project team.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex design projects and manage budgets and scope to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and construction teams; maintain clear communication and milestones.
• Define deliverables, deadlines, and project plans for planning, sourcing, and installation teams.
• Monitor scope changes, risks, and issues; facilitate timely change orders and client updates.
• Ensure quality control practices from design through procurement and execution.
