Job summary

One Workplace, through its Splice division, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale FF&E and occupancy projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations while guiding cross-functional teams from planning through execution, ensuring profitability and standards compliance.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors, maintaining clear communication and robust documentation to support successful project delivery in the Seattle region.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years project management experience in design or related field.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong budget, scope, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large FF&E/occupancy projects from planning to close.
• Define budgets, scope, milestones and communications for stakeholders.
• Mentor planning teams and support training and project coaching.
• Maintain documentation and ensure quality control per standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors and construction management.
