Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in legal, audit, or compliance-related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Broad knowledge of FERC regulations and utility industry compliance.
• Experience with ethics and compliance programs under relevant guidelines.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a FERC compliance program to prevent noncompliance.
• Update program documentation including policies and controls.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, training, and investigations.
• Provide subject matter expertise on FERC compliance activities.
