Job summary

Avangrid Service Company seeks a Senior Manager – FERC Compliance to bolster its ethics and compliance program. You will provide subject‑matter expertise, program management and strategic support to assure regulatory compliance for FERC and related state requirements across Avangrid Networks and subsidiaries.

You will manage annual compliance activity plans, reporting, policies, communications, training, assessments, case management and other aspects of effective FERC programs, and drive risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in legal, audit, or other compliance-related field and 10+ years of experience.
• Broad knowledge of FERC regulations and utility industry compliance practices.
• Experience with U.S. federal guidelines and ethics program best practices.
• Strong IT literacy: SAP, GRC Archer, Workday; MS Office; PowerBI; project mgmt tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a FERC compliance program and related controls.
• Manage annual compliance plans, reporting, policies, and training.
• Lead investigations, data requests, and regulatory audits with cross-functional teams.
• Advise on FERC standards, separation of activities, and anti-market manipulation.
• Promote a culture of ethics and compliance across Avangrid networks and subsidiaries.
