Job summary

AVANGRID is seeking a senior regulatory leader to guide Connecticut Electric Tariff strategy and oversee rate design initiatives. You will lead, train, and develop a team, and serve as a lead witness at Public Utility Regulatory Authority hearings while coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.

Qualifications

• Strong technical writing capabilities and ability to communicate persuasively both orally and in writing.
• Familiarity with distribution regulatory processes and regulatory terminology.
• Ability to work closely with colleagues and demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple activities quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and direct Connecticut Electric Tariff group and direct team operations.
• Provide written and oral testimony in regulatory proceedings including tariff filings and rate design.
• Lead as witness on rate design and cost of service in CT rate proceedings before PURA.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution and clear communication.
• Develop and implement regulatory strategy and policy across ratemaking, rate design, and public policy initiatives.
