You will ensure regulatory submissions, audit readiness, and governance of compliance programs, partnering with Legal, Internal Audit, IT, and Operations.

The role emphasizes building a strong compliance culture, developing metrics, and guiding strategy to address evolving regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading regulatory compliance, risk, or audit in energy sectors.
• Experience applying FERC and NERC requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and build governance structures.

Responsabilités

• Directs enterprise FERC & NERC compliance across KY, PA, RI utilities and related facilities.
• Ensures timely regulatory submissions, audit-ready programs, and documentation.
• Leads enterprise-wide NERC compliance programs and liaises with regulators and industry groups.
• Develops procedures, controls, and evidence standards for compliance.
• Fosters a strong enterprise compliance culture and cross-functional partnerships.
