Qualifications

• Master's/PhD with semiconductor integration experience is required or equivalent.

• Experience in FEOL/MOL process integration from flow definition to wafer execution.
• Hands-on electrical/parametric testing including MOSCAP, TLM, Kelvin, and wafer-level metrics.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating schedules across units.
• DOE and statistical approaches used to optimize tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal technical authority for FEOL/MOL integration with hands-on execution.
• Define and build new process integration routes across litho, etch, films, wets, CMP.
• Establish and own e-test capability including design and test-program coordination.
• Lead cross-BU projects coordinating roadmaps, tool capabilities, and outcomes.
• Design, execute, and demonstrate integration solutions on internal TEL vehicles.
• Own lot management including DOEs, metrology setup, and data analysis.
• Support stakeholders in resolving issues with TEL equipment capability.
• Maintain quality-control and data integrity standards.
