Job summary

Tokyo Electron Limited in Albany, TX is seeking a Principal FEOL/MOL integration Engineer to lead as a senior technical authority for process integration routes, e-test capability, and cross-BU programs.

You will own route architecture end to end from flow definition to wafer execution, collaborate with TEL units and external partners, and set rigorous data-driven standards in testing, metrology, and DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in FEOL/MOL process integration from flow to wafer execution.
• Hands-on electrical test and parametric test design and interpretation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and own FEOL/MOL integration routes across multiple disciplines.
• Build and lead e-test capability, including test structure design and wafer-level parametrics.
• Coordinate cross-BU projects and manage timelines and deliverables.
