Job summary

AtWork Personnel | Charlotte East is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple fence and guardrail construction projects throughout the Southeast. The ideal candidate will manage field operations, supervise installation crews, and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities include coordinating resources, monitoring performance, and building strong customer relationships. A strong background in construction project management is required, along with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within construction or related industries.
• Strong understanding of construction safety practices.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple fence and guardrail construction projects throughout the Southeast.
• Manage field operations and supervise installation crews.
• Coordinate project resources to ensure successful execution.

Skills

Project Management experience within construction
