Gilder Search Group in Warren, MI is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations for commercial and industrial fencing projects. You will supervise foremen, crews, subcontractors, and equipment to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget results.

The role requires 5+ years of supervising related construction, with strong scheduling and safety know-how, plus excellent communication with owners and general contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising commercial fencing or related construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple field crews and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with OSHA and MIOSHA regulations and job hazard analyses.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites daily to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and schedule.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials across projects.
• Oversee labor productivity and project profitability.
• Review project documents with field teams before work.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Oversee projects from mobilization to closeout.
