Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Construction Superintendent for specialty fencing construction in Warren, MI. The role oversees day-to-day field operations on commercial and industrial fencing projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget adherence, and contract compliance.

You will lead foremen, crews, and subcontractors, coordinate equipment and materials, review plans, and communicate with owners, general contractors, and inspectors to keep projects on track and deliver quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising commercial fencing and related construction.
• Experience supervising multiple field crews and subcontractors.
• Experience with scheduling, labor tracking and productivity.
• Knowledge of OSHA/MIOSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints and contracts.
• Experience with field management applications and mobile tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily job site visits to monitor safety, quality, productivity, schedule and satisfaction.
• Manage multiple projects, coordinating field crews, subcontractors, equipment and materials.
• Monitor labor productivity, equipment utilization and production performance.
• Supervise foremen, crew leaders, subcontractors and field personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, rentals, utilities locates and site readiness.
• Review plans, contracts, schedules and documentation with field teams.
• Communicate with customers, contractors and inspectors to resolve issues.
• Verify installations comply with contract documents and standards.
• Conduct punch list inspections and final walk-throughs.
• Report safety incidents and delays to leadership.
• Oversee mobilization through installation and closeout, with daily site presence.
