Job summary

Perimeter Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction and fencing projects from planning through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, crews, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, 5+ years in construction project management, and knowledge of fencing, perimeter security, and installation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with commercial fencing/perimeter security preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, scopes and contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and track projects from start to finish.
• Develop scopes, schedules, material requirements, and execution plans.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and equipment.
• Manage 5–8 projects simultaneously on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Prepare closeout documents, warranties, punch lists, and deliverables.
