University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) is seeking a Senior Fellowship, Scholarship and Training Grant Administrator to provide advanced analytical and administrative support for pre- and post-award management across the biology units within the Division of Life Sciences.

The role is based in the Life Sciences Dean's Office and requires independent judgment and strong knowledge of sponsored research administration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related area.
Experience in contract and grant administration in an academic setting, with preference for fellowship and training grant expertise.
Advanced skill in analyzing complex financial data to identify problems and formulate solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project budgets to synthesize data for executive audiences.

Responsabilités

Ensure compliance with federal, state, university, and sponsor regulations for fellowships, training grants, and scholarships.
Manage complex, multi-year training grant budgets and reporting.
Develop standardized procedures to enhance operational consistency and best practices across departments.
Oversee postdoctoral, predoctoral, and undergraduate fellowship and training programs and coordinate with faculty and staff.
