Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of research administration experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft suite software, especially Excel
• Strong writing skills in a variety of styles to draft persuasive text while adhering to sponsor guidelines
• Ability to perform complex financial analysis and customized reporting
• Demonstrated ability to communicate medical, policy, and administrative information

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and submission of complex grant and contract proposals.
• Provide pre and post-award support for a broad range of sponsored research activities.
• Interpret and apply sponsor, institutional, and regulatory policies to ensure compliance.
• Develop proposal budgets, review funding opportunities, and support strategy and planning.
• Maintain accurate grant and contract records and oversee pre-award transactions.
• Collaborate with faculty and research administration partners to support funding success and growth.
• Analyze complex guidelines to facilitate timely and compliant submissions.
