Job summary

The University of Florida in Gainesville is seeking a dedicated Res/Fellowship Program Coordinator II to manage Thoracic, Cardiovascular and Vascular residency and fellowship programs. You will oversee ACGME requirements, maintain trainee records, track milestones, coordinate rotations, and support program leadership with accreditation materials and event planning.

Responsibilities include onboarding, scheduling, evaluations, CME tracking, and ensuring compliance across two non-ACGME programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience coordinating educational programs, accredited residency and/or fellowship programs; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Thoracic and Cardiovascular and Vascular Residencies and Fellowship Programs, and related education activities.
• Lead preparation for ACGME requirements and milestones; maintain trainee records.
• Coordinate resident/fellow schedules, rotations, conferences and evaluations.
• Prepare documentation for board certification exams and summative evaluations.
• Assist with onboarding, recruitment, and personnel records for residents and fellows.
• Support CME tracking, attendance, and annual program reporting.
