Job summary

Philip Morris International Inc. U.S. is offering a Senior Fellow: Early Career & Leadership Development Program in Stamford, CT. The 18–24 month program provides hands-on exposure to corporate strategy, brand building, finance, and commercial execution, with domestic travel required.

You’ll rotate into core functions, work directly with senior leadership, and develop ownership from day one with potential for a permanent leadership role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
• Strong instincts for corporate brand building, marketing and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage budgets and exercise rigorous cost discipline.

Responsibilities

• Rotate into Finance, Corporate Strategy and/or Commercial to broaden strategic exposure.
• Develop proficiency in budget planning, cost management and financial decision-making.
• Contribute meaningfully from day one with hands-on ownership and impact.
