Philip Morris International U.S. is launching an 18–24 month Senior Fellow program in Stamford, CT, designed for ambitious early-career professionals. Fellows work with PMI U.S.

senior leadership to shape strategy, brand building, and financial decision-making. The program emphasizes hands-on ownership across finance, corporate strategy, and commercial functions, with rotations and a pathway to a permanent leadership role, contingent on performance.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and presentation skills; communicate at executive level.
• Strong instincts for corporate brand building, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage budgets and exercise rigorous cost discipline.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and operating with significant independence.
• Sound judgment and discretion when supporting senior leadership on sensitive priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead rotations into PMI U.S.’s core functions (Finance, Corporate Strategy, Commercial).
• Develop proficiency in budget planning, cost management, and financial decision-making.

• Support senior leadership to shape strategy and drive execution.
