Located in Stamford, CT, the role offers an 18-24 month immersive training with exposure to finance, strategy, and commercial execution, and eventual placement into a permanent leadership role subject to performance. The program seeks highly ambitious early-career professionals with 2-3 years experience, a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and readiness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 2–3 years of professional work experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and engage with senior leadership.
• In-office Stamford, CT role with significant travel expectations.

Responsibilities

• Rotate into PMI U.S.’s core functions (Finance, Corporate Strategy, and/or Commercial) to broaden strategic exposure.
• Develop proficiency in budget planning, cost management, and financial decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, including the Office of the CEO, to shape strategy and execution.
• Own responsibilities from day one and contribute hands-on to leadership initiatives.
