Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. invites applications for a Senior Fellow: Early Career & Leadership Development Program. This 18–24 month, in-office Stamford-based program offers exposure to senior leadership, corporate strategy, brand building and financial decision-making.

Successful candidates will rotate through Finance, Corporate Strategy and/or Commercial, gaining hands-on ownership and budget experience with the potential to transition into a permanent leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Financial acumen; budgeting/cost management experience preferred.
• Hyper-ambitious, detail-oriented and adaptable.
• Exceptional communication and marketing instincts.
• Willingness to travel extensively; authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Rotate into Finance, Corporate Strategy and/or Commercial to broaden strategic exposure.
• Contribute from day one with budget planning, cost management and financial decision-making.
• Help shape the business, work with PMI U.S. senior leadership and move into a permanent leadership role.
