Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–15 years of design experience in refining, petrochemical, energy or power generation.
• Experience on multidisciplinary engineering design teams.
• Proficiency with FEL/FEED estimating and project scope development.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support FEL/FEED stages for capital projects.
• Review PFDs, P&IDs, equipment lists, specs and related docs.
• Perform or oversee process calculations and mechanical design reviews.
• Develop and communicate cost estimates aligned with milestones.
• Coordinate across disciplines to ensure constructability and accuracy.
• Present scope, estimates, and technical basis to stakeholders.
