Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering required.
• 5–15 years of design experience in refining, petrochemical, energy, or power generation.
• Experience on multidisciplinary engineering design teams.
• Proficiency with FEL/FEED estimating and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support FEL/FEED design packages and cost estimates.
• Review PFDs, P&IDs, equipment lists and specifications.
• Develop conceptual and detailed cost estimates aligned with milestones.
• Coordinate across disciplines to ensure constructible designs.
• Present scope and estimates to internal and external stakeholders.
