Job summary

Process Engineering Associates, LLC is seeking a senior process engineer to join our Boyertown office with a defined path to lead it. You will perform technical project assignments and build strong client and project-team relationships, with a goal to lead the office within about a year, overseeing 10 technical staff and related functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of process engineering and design experience with ownership of FEED packages and equipment specs.
• Experience leading client conversations directly, not just executing predefined scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop FEED packages, PFDs, HMBs, P&IDs, and equipment specs for diverse industrial markets.
• Provide on-site support for capital projects with Northeast clients; travel to other PROCESS offices or client sites nationally.
