NTT DATA, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Vulnerability Management Lead to guide federal security programs and drive RMF compliance. The role emphasizes hands-on vulnerability management, incident response planning, and ongoing risk mitigation across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will work with cross-functional IT teams to strengthen cybersecurity posture, ensure audit readiness, and tailor enterprise security controls to support ATO maintenance in a dynamic federal landscape.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; 1.5 years may substitute for 1 year.
• Minimum 10 years of cybersecurity and team-lead experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• Hybrid role with 4 days onsite in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle NIST RMF activities from categorization to ATO sustainment.
• Coordinate remediation with system owners and operations teams.
• Review scans, validate findings, and determine priority.
• Develop processes for continuous monitoring and risk reporting.
• Lead coordination with internal security teams and government stakeholders.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and improve response plans.
