Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Remote Vulnerability Management Lead to drive enterprise vulnerability programs for a major federal civilian agency. You will oversee scanning, remediation, and governance, coordinating with ISOs, ISSOs, and compliance teams to close gaps with risk-based prioritization.

You will implement advanced automation, develop real-time dashboards, and present findings to technical teams and senior government officials, ensuring audit readiness and continuous monitoring.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cybersecurity experience focused on vulnerability management, OSes, and networking.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Public Trust 6c clearance or ability to obtain one.
• At least one of GCIH, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
• Hands-on experience with Tenable, AquaSec, and CDM integration in federal/enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise vulnerability scanning operations and remediation tracking with POA&M support.
• Coordinate with ISOs, ISSOs, compliance, and engineering teams to close gaps risk-informed.
• Lead Cyber Hygiene and WASP activities across the federal enterprise.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for real‑time visibility into vuln management posture.
• Produce compliance reports and vulnerability governance data for audits and decision‑making.
• Integrate vulnerability tools into enterprise workflows (Tenable, AquaSec, CDM).
• Apply risk-based prioritization to address critical vulnerabilities per agency risk tolerance.
