NTT DATA seeks a Senior Information Assurance Lead to secure federal systems under RMF, FISMA and HIPAA. You will lead vulnerability management, incident response, audits, and ATO sustainment across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will mentor cybersecurity engineers, coordinate with IT ops and government stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of security controls with Nessus, SIEMs, and automation.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree; 1.5 years additional experience can substitute for 1 year of degree.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience performing cybersecurity and team lead tasks/responsibilities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• Hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite in Arlington, VA.

Responsabilités

• Lead full lifecycle NIST RMF activities: categorization, control implementation, assessment, POA&M management, ATO sustainment.
• Ensure compliance with FISMA, HIPAA, and agency-specific policies.
• Coordinate with assessment and authorization stakeholders; respond to findings and support audits.
• Review scan results, validate findings, determine criticality, coordinate remediation with owners and operations.
• Develop and maintain processes for continuous monitoring, risk scoring, and reporting to leadership.
• Integrate threat intelligence to identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
• Support audits, penetration tests, and secure configuration enforcement.
• Lead collaboration with internal security teams, IT operations, legal/compliance, and government stakeholders.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and improve incident response plans.
• Guide security controls across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
• Provide expertise in secure architecture, IAM, and audit log review.
• Analyze system changes for security impact and support change control.
• Drive continuous improvement and security optimization across the program.
• Supervise cybersecurity engineers with mentorship and oversight.
• Coordinate with network, server, cloud, and app teams for remediation.
