Qualifications

• 7+ years in organizational transformation, implementation, management consulting, or program analysis.
• Experience coordinating with senior leaders or executive sponsors.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to manage differing perspectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and judgment.
• Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA and obtain fitness processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the implementation pipeline as assessment findings mature and decisions are made.
• Translate transformation priorities into structured initiatives with clear objectives, owners, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Federal sponsors, tiger teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to advance operating-model enhancements.
• Facilitate senior-level sessions on decisions, procedures, coordination mechanisms, and issue resolution.
• Develop implementation plans, KPIs, trackers, and executive decision-support materials.
• Provide senior analytical review and quality control for implementation products and recommendations.
• Coach and coordinate Management Analysts supporting work packages and progress tracking.
