Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for federal tech roles and government contractors.
• Ability to manage full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Knowledge of background checks and clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and recruit qualified federal candidates.
• Qualify candidates via interviews and reference checks.
• Present opportunities to clients and negotiate offers.
• Maintain relationships and pipelines for future needs.
• Collaborate with Client Relationship teams on satisfaction and extensions.
