Job summary

Lafayette Group Inc. seeks a Cyber Intel Specialist - Senior Associate to provide advanced consulting on federal cybersecurity programs. You will translate complex cyber threat intel into actionable guidance for diverse audiences and support strategic planning with executives and CI partners.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and on-site presence in Arlington, VA 3–5 days per week. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence or related disciplines.
• Experience analyzing threat actors, TTPs, malware campaigns, vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise related to cyber threat intelligence, threat actor analysis, cyber operations, and emerging cyber threats.
• Analyze cyber threat reporting, intelligence products, operational data, and open-source information for trends and implications.
• Perform analysis on active cyber incidents and vulnerabilities to provide guidance and mitigation recommendations.
• Translate technical cyber intelligence into content for executive, operational, and technical audiences.
• Collaborate with government, industry, and CI stakeholders to identify information needs and support defense efforts.
• Research emerging threats, adversary TTPs, ransomware trends, and evolving cyber risks.
• Map cyber threats to frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and other cyber frameworks.
• Tailor strategic products into practical formats for diverse stakeholders.
