Qumulo is seeking a Technical Lead for federal accounts to manage critical customer relationships and design high-performance storage architectures. This hands-on role involves close collaboration with sales and technical teams to ensure mission requirements are met across defense and intelligence sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in technical roles within federal environments, demonstrating the ability to influence and drive pre-sales engagements. This position offers a competitive pay range of $260,000 - $270,000 OTE, plus equity.

• 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect).
• Track record leading complex federal pre-sales engagements.
• Ability to translate mission needs into practical solution designs.
