YRCI, a federal contracting firm, is seeking a Staffing Specialist in Washington, DC to support government staffing operations. The role focuses on drafting vacancy announcements, posting to USAJOBS, conducting job analyses, and coordinating with HR and SME to define experience requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of staffing experience, with proven experience using USA Staffing (USAS) and USAHire.

Responsabilidades

• Draft vacancy announcements and modify existing postings.
• Post vacancies to USAJOBS and other job boards as appropriate.
• Conduct job analyses to align announcements with requirements.
• Draft recruitment actions, KSAs, questionnaires, and weighting.
• Coordinate with HR and SME to define specialized experience.
• Print selection certificates after approvals and notify staff.
• Research federal regulations to answer staffing questions.
