• Minimum of 10 years of experience in federal staffing and recruitment, including job analysis, assessment development, and application adjudication.
• Proficiency with USA Staffing or similar federal hiring platforms.
• Strong knowledge of federal HR laws, regulations, and merit system principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to consult with stakeholders and prepare clear documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment actions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Consult with management to conduct job analyses and develop assessment tools.
• Plan and execute outreach and recruitment to attract qualified candidates.
• Draft and post vacancy announcements using USA Staffing, ensuring compliance with federal standards.
• Respond to inquiries from supervisors, hiring managers, and applicants.
• Review applications to determine qualifications and conduct rating and ranking of candidates.
• Coordinate and support rating panels, ensuring consistency and fairness.
• Provide NORs to applicants in a timely manner.
• Assist in development and maintenance of SOPs and job aids for staffing and USA Staffing.
• Ensure actions and documentation comply with policies, USA Staffing procedures, and federal laws.
