Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead ECS as a senior customer-facing leader, engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand mission needs.
Translate customer needs into practical solution approaches and identify gaps or alternatives.
Partner with engineering, product, and delivery teams to inform roadmap priorities and capability development.
Provide leadership for ECS Account Management, Sales Engineering, and Marketing resources with coaching and development.
Support sales opportunities, develop account strategies, and advance deals through credible solutioning.
Work with Account Managers to retain and grow ECS customers and expand within existing accounts.
Help deliver demonstrations, workshops, and whiteboarding sessions tailored to customer needs.
Refine sales plays, discovery frameworks, and qualification methods to create a repeatable GTM motion.
Oversee ECS pipeline visibility, forecasting inputs, and leadership updates.
