• 10+ years in Federal tech, solutions engineering, technical sales, or related leadership roles.
• Strong background in cloud/platforms, enterprise IT, infrastructure, or software solutions.
• Lead discovery conversations, translate needs into practical solutions.
• Identify where products or platforms fit or need evolution.
• Partner across sales, engineering, product, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior customer-facing leader for ECS, engaging with customers to understand mission needs and buying considerations.
• Lead consultative discovery with technical teams, program offices, and business decision-makers.
• Translate customer needs into solution approaches and identify gaps or alternative approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery to inform roadmap priorities.
• Provide leadership for ECS Account Management, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Support the sales team in shaping opportunities and advancing deals.
• Work with Account Managers to support retention and growth within ECS customers.
• Develop and deliver demos, workshops, and solution discussions tailored to customer needs.
• Refine sales plays, discovery frameworks, and account pursuit strategies.
• Own visibility into the ECS pipeline and report to senior leadership.
• Represent ECS at customer meetings and industry events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor positioning; provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Support strategic partnerships with cloud providers and system integrators.
