Qualifications
- Experience developing FAR-based or OTA Federal proposals.
- Ability to translate customer needs and compliance requirements into proposal content.
- Strong technical writing skills for complex engineering topics.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior technical architect across pursuit lifecycle and integrated growth team.
- Lead development of technical solution, staffing, and BOE for proposals.
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate with SMEs and teaming partners.
