Job summary

Precision Collective is seeking a Senior Proposal & Business Ops Manager to join the leadership team in Falls Church, VA. This role blends proposal leadership with corporate operations and workforce management to support federal procurements and organizational growth.

The ideal candidate has written and managed federal proposals, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to partner with executive leadership to drive strategic outcomes in a defense contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant professional experience; equivalent military or professional experience may be considered.
• Experience developing, writing, and/or managing federal government proposals.
• Experience supporting executive-level operations or corporate functions in a government contracting environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint).
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal proposals from solicitation release through final submission.
• Write, edit, and refine high-quality proposal content across technical, management, staffing, and past performance sections.
• Develop proposal strategies, compliance matrices, outlines, schedules, and production plans.
• Collaborate across Finance, HR, Business Development, Contracts, and Operations to resolve issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
