Praescient Analytics, LLC, a Woman-Owned Small Business, seeks a skilled Federal Proposal Writer to develop compliant, compelling content for federal proposals. You will write, edit, and refine narratives from kickoff through final delivery, partnering with executives, SMEs, and teaming partners.

Translate complex data engineering, AI/ML, cloud, and cybersecurity concepts into evaluator-friendly stories, manage color reviews, and maintain reusable content libraries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct federal proposal writing experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and Shipley/APMP.
• Experience mapping text to solicitation requirements and compliance matrices.
• Experience using AI tools for drafting with thorough source verification.
• Advanced MS Word skills; familiarity with PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Acrobat.
• Ability to work fully remote from the United States.
• U.S. citizenship required; able to pass background checks.

Responsabilités

• Write and integrate compliant technical, management, staffing, and past performance content for federal solicitations.
• Analyze solicitations to ensure 100% compliance and requirement traceability.
• Develop outlines, crosswalks, and templates to guide content creation.
• Interview program managers, SMEs, and partners to extract win themes and metrics.
• Translate complex IT concepts into clear federal narratives.
• Substantively edit and organize draft inputs from SMEs and partners.
• Create proposal graphics and callouts to support narratives.
• Lead color reviews and rapid revision cycles based on reviewer feedback.
• Provide reciprocal peer reviews and maintain a unified voice.
• Use approved AI tools for extraction and editing, validating content against sources.
• Support document production and page-count management.
• Maintain reusable content libraries and boilerplate materials.
