ShadowObjects, LLC is seeking a results-driven Senior Proposal Manager to lead and scale our federal proposal lifecycle. You will own end-to-end proposals from capture to submission, coordinating cross-functional teams to win competitive bids in the DoD and civilian sectors.

This hybrid remote role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and involves shaping win strategies, managing schedules and content, plus building a scalable, AI-enabled proposal engine.

Formación

• 8+ years of federal proposal management experience.
• Experience leading complex federal prime bids.
• Ability to write and edit persuasive proposal narratives across volumes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end proposal operations from solicitation to submission and post-submission responses.
• Establish schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and production plans.
• Coordinate with CGO, Capture Managers, and SMEs to translate strategies into winning content.
