Job summary

ShadowObjects, LLC is a federal contractor seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead full-lifecycle proposals for Navy/DoD and federal civilian customers. You will coordinate capture strategies, technical solutions, and customer insights to craft compliant, compelling bids.

Reporting to the CGO, you will manage multiple pursuits from $5M to $100M+ and drive a modern proposal engine with AI-enabled workflows and content repositories. A strong writing background and DoD context are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of federal proposal management experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Ability to lead complex federal prime bids and manage color-team reviews.
• Expertise in parsing RFP Sections L & M, and developing compliance matrices.
• Strong writing/editing across multiple volumes in a formal federal context.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal operations from release through submission and post-submission responses.
• Establish schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and resource plans with stakeholder alignment.
• Translate capture strategies into discriminators and win themes across major sections.
